The brief form

The form prepares an email locally in your browser. It does not submit form values to a website backend, store them in browser storage, or pass them to an AI provider. OSIH receives the information only if you send the email. Your email provider processes the message under its own terms.

If you send an enquiry, OSIH uses the information to respond, establish fit and prepare a proposal. Please share only your business contact details and a high-level description. Do not include customer records, credentials, medical information or confidential documents.

Hosting and third-party links

The website is being migrated from Render to Cloudflare Pages. Hosting necessarily involves processing requests, including technical information such as IP addresses and request details. See Render's privacy policy and Cloudflare's privacy policy. This site does not install an analytics or advertising tracking script.

The Inter typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, and some portfolio icons are loaded from Google's favicon service. These requests disclose technical request information, including your IP address, to Google. See Google's privacy policy. The editorial photographs are hosted with the website, not loaded from Pexels during your visit.

External links, including LinkedIn, product sites and photo credits, take you to services with their own privacy policies.

Checkout and invoice payments

When you pay online, our Cloudflare Pages service passes the selected service, whether you commission as an organisation or investor, and your NDA request to Stripe. Stripe collects billing and payment details on its own page and provides the invoice. The website does not collect card details, and returning from checkout is not treated as proof of payment. OSIH verifies payment in Stripe before starting work.

For custom work, OSIH issues a client-specific Stripe-hosted invoice after proposal approval. The protected invoicing service passes your Stripe customer reference, approved line items and proposal and approval references to Stripe. Stripe processes this information under its own terms; see Stripe's privacy policy. Accounting and invoice records are distinct from website enquiries and may have legal retention requirements.

An NDA request is recorded with the purchase so OSIH can arrange it before confidential documents are shared. Do not submit confidential project details through checkout. Payment does not itself establish a separate NDA.

Client work and AI

Any use of client data, AI providers, hosting regions, access permissions, retention and deletion requirements must be agreed for the specific engagement. A website enquiry does not authorise uploading your documents to an AI service. Demonstrations should use synthetic, public or expressly approved sample data.

Contact team@osih.ch to ask about information you have shared or to request access, correction or deletion. Contract and accounting records may be subject to legal retention obligations; these are addressed separately from an initial website enquiry.
